Huge thanks to the Long Beach Post for the love and for shining a light on what so many neighbors, families, and kids help make magical every season. Lights on Falcon started as a small idea to bring a little joy to our block. Seeing it become part of how Long Beach celebrates the holidays still feels surreal — and honestly, it’s the people who show up, linger, smile, and come back year after year that make it all worth it. There are so many homes and neighborhoods across the city lighting things up right now, and together they’re what make Long Beach glow the way it does this time of year. We’re just grateful to be one little twinkly corner of it. 🎄✨ If you haven’t stopped by yet, come take a stroll, slow down for a minute, and soak it in. Cocoa optional, wonder encouraged. 📍 Falcon Ave, Bixby Knolls 🎶 Lights + music nightly at sunset 💛 Always free. Always for the community. #LightsOnFalcon #BixbyKnolls #LongBeach #HolidayLights

🎄✨ OKAY… it’s happening. ✨🎄 After years of building lights, arches, and accidentally creating a holiday destination, we decided it was time to do what the block has been asking for… 📣 We’re throwing a holiday block party. On December 20, Falcon Avenue will be closed for the 1st Annual Lights on Falcon Holiday Festival — a walkable, come-and-go neighborhood celebration built around lights, music, and spending time together. What that means: • The Lights on Falcon show running all evening • 140+ glowing arches built by neighbors up and down the block • Cookie contest (bring some if you want, eat some if you don’t) • Ornament making for kids • Photo booth with free physical prints • Ugly sweater / holiday outfit contests and fun • Live jazz from Millikan School Band students • Street games, wandering, laughing, and lingering longer than planned 🎅 Santa’s Mailbox will be open too — bring a letter (he writes back) or use the magic button when you’re here to check his naughty or nice list. 📍 Falcon Ave (between Cartagena & Tehachapi) 🕔 December 20 | Starts at 5:30 PM 🎄 Free • Family-friendly • Very walkable This whole thing exists because the community showed up — neighbors building arches, families coming back night after night, and a block that decided to lean all the way into the holidays. This festival is our way of celebrating the community. 👇 Tell us below: Are you coming for the lights, the cookies, the sweaters… or all of the above? We can’t wait to celebrate with you ✨

We blinked… and suddenly it was December 🎄😅 (Posting delay = our bad. Building lights = our excuse.) Lights on Falcon is back, brighter than ever and still growing as we go. We crossed 100,000 lights last year (100,565 if you’re curious), added thousands more, and then watched the neighborhood go all in. The result? 140+ hand-decorated arches turning Falcon Ave into a full holiday wander-and-linger situation. A few highlights while you’re here: 🎅 Santa’s Mailbox Drop a letter anytime or hit the magic button if you forgot one. Santa checks his list and sends real mail home later. Mail from Santa hits different. 🎶 Still adding songs nightly If you came early, it’s already changed. Come back. We dare you. 🎉 Dec 20 — 1st Annual Lights on Falcon Holiday Festival Closed street, cookies, ornaments, photo booth + free prints, ugly sweaters, live jazz, glowing arches, and neighbors hanging out together. 📍 Falcon Ave (between Cartagena & Tehachapi) 🎄 Free • Walkable • “Just stopping by” optional We may be late to posting, but the glow is right on time ✨
